Resident steak experts, Allen and Paul, recommend our 12oz Spiral Cut Ribeye. Marinated for 24 hours in chimichurri sauce, freshly prepared with olive oil, garlic, fragrant herbs and diced red chilli. This dish is packed full of flavour and best served with beef dripping chips and samphire.
