Since opening on Father’s Day in 2018, our team has been working hard bringing you great food every day of the week. The grill is always on, and we’re always on hand with expert steak tips and drink pairing recommendations.

Every member of our team has been expertly trained - whether they’re in the kitchen or front of house. All of our chefs have been trained in the art of butchery, meaning every Bar + Block guest can enjoy freshly cut steaks and homemade burgers. Head Chef, Munesh Munesh Modhvadia would always recommend a 12oz ribeye steak, grilled medium to well with triple cooked chunky chips and cracking black peppercorn sauce.

Chef’s choice home recipe
Munesh’s Magnificent Mac Cheese
● Melt butter and add flour to make roux, then add milk and whipping cream.
● Stir continuously for 2 minutes.
● Add cheese whilst continually stirring, adding more cheese until you get a lovely thick consistency.
● Cook the macaroni until al dente..
● Mix with cheese sauce in a deep oven dish and cover with more cheese.
● Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and bang!
