Chef’s choice
Our team recommend our 12oz Spiral Cut Ribeye. Marinated for 24 hours in chimichurri sauce, freshly prepared with olive oil, garlic, fragrant herbs and diced red chilli. This dish is packed full of flavour and best served with beef dripping chips and samphire.
Chef’s choice home recipe
Our Kitchen team recommends a “special” carbonara - chicken breast, bacon lardons, vegetable stock, cream, herbs and fresh tagliatelle. Simple yet delicious.
Supporting the community
As well as fundraising for Whitbread’s chosen charity, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, we work with GOSH fundraising for the local area and participating in litter picking on our local beaches.
